is an integrated voice communication system that combines advanced digital switching technology with a simple to use interface. As the system is structured for multiple operators and integrated radio and telephone communication, DSPatch is a complete dispatching system.
Designed for simplicity and reliability, its solid state architecture is ideal for mission critical applications. DSPatch has been used in a number of military, power generation, airline and railroad applications. The system is fully redundant and a single component failure will disable no more than one console or one external line. Each system includes a secure dialup connection that can be used for remote maintenance by the Avtec factory or by system maintainers.
consists of a central equipment rack and console positions.
supports both embedded or PC based consoles for dispatching. The embedded console provides a dedicated environment for the dispatcher. No other program or application can run on the embedded console. The PC based console allows the user to either have a lock down environment where only the dispatching program will run or allow the dispatcher to use other programs on the same PC. Since each console is independent, the system can mix and match embedded or PC based consoles to meet the application needs.
DSPatch10-4 comes with a full DSPatch feature set, and is a fully redundant system in a single shelf that is designed for mounting in an open frame rack. (See above).
The system has ten analog interface ports that accept line and console interface cards. A line interface card is required for each analog circuit the system needs to interface. For example, if the system needs to interface to five analog telephone circuits, then five line cards are required. A console card is required for each embedded or PC based console. If there are five consoles, then five analog ports are required.
The system has four digital interface ports that accept digital cards. A digital card is required for each T1 or ISDN-PRI circuit the system needs to interface.

is an integrated voice communications system that retains the features and quality of the original DSPatch system, but is designed for smaller operations. DSPatch32 is a digital multi-line, multi-operator console system that provides operators or dispatchers access to each other and any radio/telephone resources of the system. It offers functionality, flexibility and ease of operation.
Our system architecture uses independent, distributed processing, is fully redundant and a single component failure will disable no more than one console or one external line. Continuous communications between all system components is provided by redundant audio and data networks, coupled with redundant power supplies and shelf controllers. Programs and data are stored in solid state devices which means DSPatch32 has eliminated all moving parts, specifically fans and disk drives. Configuration databases, as well as backup copies of application software, are stored in industry standard PC cards. All system components use flash memory to allow easy in-place software upgrades. All system cards can be replaced while the system is running without umbilical cords, power switching or disturbing the system. Replacement cards assume the parameters of the card replaced.
Every DSPatch32 system has a dial up for remote maintenance meaning direct factory support or customer maintenance can be performed from a remote location. Multi-level security is provided to prohibit unauthorized access to your system. If your organization needs 32 or fewer lines or workstations, DSPatch32 could be the right choice for you.

is Avtec’s latest and most advanced system, built to support over 512 consoles over Local or Wide Area Networks (LANs or WANs).
This system is ideally suited for the high-volume needs of industries like airlines, rail networks, and large public utilities. And DSPatchNET offers the same reliability and ease of use that our customers have depended on for the last 20 years. DSPatchNET is an integrated voice communication system that combines advanced digital switching technology with a simple to use interface. As the system is structured for multiple operators and integrated radio and telephone communication, DSPatchNET is a complete dispatching system.
Designed for simplicity and reliability, its solid state architecture is ideal for mission critical applications. DSPatchNET has been used in a number of military, power generation, airline and railroad applications. The system is fully redundant and a single component failure will disable no more than one console or one external line. Each system includes a secure dialup connection that can be used for remote maintenance by the Avtec factory or by system maintainers.
A DSPatchNET System consists of a central equipment rack and console positions. DSPatchNET supports a hardwired or VoIP PC based console for dispatching. The console allows the user to either have a lock down environment where only the dispatching program will run or allow the dispatcher to use other programs on the same PC.
DSPatchNET features include Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), open APIs, iDEN, EDACS, SNMP, T1/ISDN PRI, ACD, trunked conventional radio, built-in security, event logging & custom reporting, intercom, conferencing and a rich telephony feature set.

Scout™eliminates the need for a central switch by leveraging your existing network infrastructure in a distributed console architecture. In addition, it's designed to be installed by your radio or IT personnel and operational in minutes.
Scout™ works hand in hand with Avtec's VoIP Protocol Gateway, VPGate™, providing interoperability by allowing different endpoint devices to connect to each other. VPGate™ is a PC based software product that runs multiple protocol drivers simultaneously, allowing the Scout™ console positions to communicate with dissimilar devices seamlessly. Supporting both open and proprietary protocols allows you to choose the endpoints that best meet your needs.

VPGate™communicates with many existing protocols, both open and proprietary, and is designed to adapt to both new/evolving protocols in the future. VPGate™ automatically converts from one protocol to another allowing dissimilar devices to communicate to one another. Interoperability is achieved by allowing an operator to dispatch over multiple supported radio protocols simultaneously. VPGate™ currently supports MPT1327/MAP27, JPS NXU-2 & ACU, Daniels radios and will soon support SIP, Fleetsync, P25 and others. Having the ability to run different protocols simultaneously provides the user maximum flexibility for their application.
VPGate™ provides flexibility to scale the system to the application as it operates on a standard PC using Windows XP Pro. A small cost effective system can run both VPGate™ and Scout™ on the same PC. VPGate™ can also run on a separate PC gaining the ability to support up to many consoles concurrently. Redundancy is achieved through the use of two PCs running VPGate™ where the second assumes control in case of failure, providing a seamless transition.
Outpost™is a full featured Radio over IP Endpoint designed and manufactured by Avtec. It incorporates over 20 years of base station controller experience gained in mission critical Airline and Railroad operations. This flexible Endpoint interfaces analog two-way radios to an Ethernet network for audio transport and remote control via Avtec's VPGate™ product. Outpost™ is easily configured by using any web browser and is available as a single port or dual port model.
